The PDF may need to be rotated for you to print appropriately on the perforated paper. To do this, go to the View menu in Adobe Acrobat and select Rotate View 90 degrees CW or Rotate View 90 degrees CCW.
Alternatively, you can save the PDF to a disk and take it to your local photocopy/print business with the paper and they can print it for you.
Although the perforated paper is in the shape of necktags, they can also be used as shelftalkers. This can be achieved by folding over the circular shape or by cutting along the fold line.
